ABOUT US
Our Mission
Our Mission at RIG Kidz Academy is to partner with families to disciple children in truth, develop their God-given identity, cultivate discipline and intelligence, and establish them in a life of purpose—through a structured, Spirit-led environment that integrates faith, learning, character, and creativity.
We are not babysitting children.
We are building people.
Our vision is to raise a generation of Spirit-filled, mentally
sharp, emotionally whole, and culturally influential children who carry the nature of Christ, think with clarity, lead with conviction, and build with excellence—becoming reformers of homes, cities, and nations from their earliest years.
OUR FACILITY
Located in Sunnyside, South Houston, RIG Kidz Academy offers modern, secure, and engaging spaces for children to thrive. Our classrooms feature age-appropriate materials designed to inspire creativity and learning, while our outdoor play area provides opportunities for exploration and physical activity. Every space reflects our commitment to creating an environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
Our FOUNDERS
Tomi and Tahmar Arayomi are the founders of RIG Kidz Academy. Their passion lies in equipping children with the tools they need to grow into confident, compassionate, and capable individuals who can positively impact the world.
With a deep commitment to shaping the future, Tomi and Tahmar believe that investing in early childhood education is key to unlocking a child’s full potential. RIG KIDZ Academy reflects their vision of a supportive and dynamic environment where young minds are inspired to learn, explore, and thrive, preparing them to lead with character and purpose.
Core Values
01
Identity Before Activity
We teach children who they are before we tell them what to
do. Every child is raised with a strong sense of identity in Christ—not confusion, not comparison, not culture-defined.
02
Presence and Program in Partnership
We believe the presence of God and structured routine work together, not against each other. Children thrive in consistent rhythms, and within those rhythms, they are taught to recognize, respond to, and host the presence of the Lord. Structure creates safety; presence gives it power.
03
Discipline is Love in Structure
We believe structure creates freedom. Children thrive when boundaries are clear, consistent, and rooted in love—not chaos disguised as creativity.
04
Excellence is Normal
We reject mediocrity early. Whether in speech, behavior, learning, or creativity—excellence is trained, not assumed.
05
Spirit, Soul, and
Body Development
We develop the whole child:
- Spirit (connection to God)
- Mind (learning, curiosity, intelligence)
- Emotions (stability, confidence)
- Body (health, coordination, discipline)
06
Leadership Starts Now
07
Family Partnership,
Not Replacement
We honor parents as primary stewards. We do not replace the home—we reinforce it, strengthen it, and align with it.
08
Culture Shapers,
Not Culture Followers
09
Safety is Sacred
09
Joy is Strength
Learning is not lifeless. We cultivate joy, wonder, creativity, and expression—because strength grows in joyful environments.
